In recent years, with the increasing energy consumption and carbon emissions, people are paying more attention to related measures for conservation emission reduction. As an important conveying component of HVAC system, pipe network system plays function distributing fluid medium. However, a large part resistance loss is often generated during this transportation process, local pressure caused by components (e.g., T-junction) accounts total drop. work, influence different guide vane positions on T-junction analyzed. The internal flow field distribution characteristics explored numerical calculation method. dissipation reduction rate traditional novel compared under ratios. optimized 21.5%. insertion vanes can reduce T-junction.
